All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt. All returns must be made in original condition and include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories. Items can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Warranty Policy
All electronic items bought within 6 month from date of purchase will be fully covered. This includes all labor, parts, and all shipping costs. If it is a mechanical error and we cannot repair the item, we will replace it with a new one. All electronic items bought between 6 months and 3 years from date of purchase will cover labor costs. Customers will be charged for parts and all shipping costs. If it is a mechanical error and we cannot repair the item, the customer will have to call the manufacturer. We are not responsible for damages caused by the customer.

Shipping Policy:
Joong Boo Market has partnered up with UPS to ensure your package arrives safely and securely. Shipping cost is calculated by "per item" or "per pound" basis. Shipping time depends on the location your package will be shipped to. You may ask us for your tracking number to get an estimated time. Please be aware that we will not have a tracking number during processing. Processing will take no longer than two business days, during which we will find your items in our warehouse and have it ready for shipping. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
